By accessing or using https://ocimus.in (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by this policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.

Introduction

This Pricing Policy outlines the fees, charges, and payment structure applicable to users of the Ocimus Rummy platform. Our pricing model is designed to ensure transparency and compliance with Indian gaming regulations including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework. By using our services, users agree to the terms outlined below.

Game Entry Fees

Users can join cash Rummy games and tournaments by paying an entry fee. Entry fees vary based on the game format, stakes, and prize pool. All entry fees will be clearly displayed before a user joins any game.

  • Cash games require an entry fee ranging from ₹10 to ₹10,000+ based on table limits
  • 10-20% of entry fees will be retained as platform service charges

Commission Structure (Rake Fee)

A commission, known as a “rake fee,” is charged on cash Rummy games. This fee is deducted from the total prize pool before the distribution of winnings. Rake fees vary by game type and stakes, and specific percentages will be displayed prior to gameplay.

Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods for deposits, including but not limited to:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net banking
  • Mobile wallets

Users must provide accurate payment information, and all transactions are processed securely.

Withdrawal of Winnings

Users may withdraw their winnings under the following conditions:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount applies as specified on the platform
  • Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory, including Aadhaar/PAN and bank account details
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the original payment source or a verified bank account

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days post-verification. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at the rate of 31.2% is applicable on net winnings exceeding ₹10,000 annually under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Bonuses and Promotions

Ocimus Rummy may offer bonuses and promotional rewards. Terms and conditions, including eligibility and withdrawal restrictions, will be provided with each promotion. Unused bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Deposit Cancellation: Users may cancel accidental deposits within 1 hour using the “Undo Transaction” feature
  • Game Cancellations: Refunds will be provided if a game is canceled due to platform errors (e.g., technical issues or server malfunctions)
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Users must report unauthorized transactions immediately, and refunds will be processed upon verification
  • Irrevocable Transactions: No refunds are allowed once game credits have been used in cash games or tournaments

Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 7 business days.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify entry fees, rake fees, and other charges. Users will be informed of any changes through official communication channels or platform notifications.

Geographic & Legal Restrictions

Ocimus Rummy services are unavailable in jurisdictions where online Rummy is prohibited, including but not limited to Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, and Sikkim. Users from restricted areas detected via IP or GPS will have accounts suspended, and unused balances will be refunded post-KYC verification within 14 business days.

Account & Balance Management

  • Dormant Accounts: Accounts inactive for 180 days will incur a monthly maintenance fee of ₹100 until the balance is exhausted
  • Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violating fair play policies (e.g., use of bots or collusion), resulting in the forfeiture of balances

Service Availability

Ocimus Rummy aims for 99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and interruptions will be communicated via platform alerts. Users must report any game discrepancies within 48 hours. Investigation and resolution may take 5-7 business days.
